You must first connect your device to the speaker via Bluetooth before connecting with the app to control your streaming music remotely.

Important: These products are only compatible with the ION Sound Control app; they are not compatible with the former ION Sound XP app. If you are having difficulty connecting any of these products to the app, please make sure that you have the ION Sound Control app.
