The ION Audio Sound XP app is an alternate way to control your speaker's settings, stream music, and change features right from the comfort of your phone. It is not required to use any ION product but offers a more streamlined approach to controlling your ION experience from your mobile device.

Navigate to your Bluetooth control panel and select your speaker to begin Bluetooth pairing. Follow the hardware-specific Bluetooth pairing instructions located in your Quickstart Guide.
Begin streaming audio from your streaming service of choice.
Launch the ION Sound XP application to control your music and speaker functions remotely!
Each compatible ION Speaker connects via two different Bluetooth profiles. To connect to the Sound XP app, make sure you are selecting the profile that has "BLE" in the title, like "Pathfinder 4_BLE".
Our product line is varied, with some speakers including additional functions like controllable lights. If a feature is grayed out within the app, it indicates that the connected speaker does not use or is not compatible with the selected function.
